This course administers the first 60 hours towards the required 120 hours of professional early childhood education training. Participants will be provided with coursework required of CDA candidates to demonstrate the ability to meet competency standards as set forth by the Council for Professional Recognition. This part one course will explore four of the eight required CDA content areas. A minimum of 10 hours of training will be provided in each the following content areas:

Advancing children's physical and intellectual development (content area 2)

Supporting children's social and emotional development (content area 3)

Observing and recording children's behavior (content area 7)

Understanding principles of child development and learning (content area 8)
CDA Part 2 registration will be available in November 2021
REFUND POLICY
In order to deliver a high quality course, this class allows for a limited number of participants who must complete registration at least 1 week prior to the commencement of the class. Therefore, no refunds of payment will be made
following the first class session. A 50% refund ($625.00) will be made if the participant drops the class via email confirmation within 1 week prior to the first session. Prior to the 1 week a full refund of payment will be issued.
